To sand through the grits 40/80/120.
To apply 2 coats of Osmo oil, sanding between coats and using a 240 grit for a smooth finish once oiled.

To use a circular planer on the live edges to take all of the rough wood off.
To sand all through the grits 40/80 and 120.
Oil with 2 coats of Osmo oil, sand between coats and finish with a 240 grit.
